Lead Status Validation requires that specific fields are filled out on the lead before the Agent can disposition the call. 

  1. Under Settings select Lead Status

  1. Locate the Lead Status the Trigger will be added to and double click to open and select the Validation tab

  1. The validation can be set on any system field as well as any custom fields that has been created
