Lead Status Filters

It is possible to show Lead Statuses visible to specific Vendor Groups. This can be done via Lead Status Filters. 

Vendor Groups can be configured by the TLD Support staff.

  1. From Settings select Lead Status

  1. Click the Filters tab to begin editing which Vendors can see this particular Status. As default, the Status is visible by all Vendors. 

  1. There are four different filters that can be utilized for Lead Status Filters

    1. Vendor Filter - This limits the visibility to only leads from specific Vendors

    2. Vendor Group Filter - This limits the visibility to a specific Vendor Group

    3. Lead Tag Filter - This limits the visibility to only leads with these Tags

    4. Status Filter - The Lead must have one of these Lead Status to be able to use this filter.

  2. Once updated, the changes will take effect immediatelyÂ
