Lead Deduping Tool

Dedupe Leads against the File, the System, Vendors, DNC and more by Phone Number. Split files into smaller chunks.

  1. From Media select Data Tools

  1. From the list of Data Tools select the Lead Deduping Tool

  1. The Deduping Tool can accept XLS, XLSX, or CSV file with data that can be dupe checked against the account or specific vendors.

  2.  First upload the file using the Uploader

  1. Under Phone enter the Column Header for the phone number Exactly as it appears on the spreadsheet. If there are multiple columns, enter each name in the section provided

 

 

  1. There are multiple options when checking for Dupes. Select all that apply

 

  1. The processed files will appear as a CSV download and details will be provided on the Dupe Check
