Removing Number(s) from the Block List

There are two ways to remove a number from the DNC. Only Admins have the ability to remove numbers from the Block List once they have been added. 

Option 1:

 

  1. Enter the Lead ID or phone number in the search field at the top of the screen.

  1. On the right side you will find Lead Statuses, select the blue Remove from Block List.

  1. You should get a message at the bottom of the window that confirmed the number(s) were removed from the Block List and the lead is now updated.

 

Option 2:

  1. Under TLDialer select FPG.

  1. This will show you all numbers currently on the DNC.To remove just one number you can click the Red X to the left of the number. This will automatically update the Block List and update the Lead.

  1. To remove multiple numbers, search for and select the check box to the left of the number(s) and select the Red X. at the top of the screen. This will remove the number(s) from the Block List and update the Lead
