Adding Number(s) to Block List
Only Admins and Super Admins can add to the Block List. For additional assistance submit a Support Ticket.
Option 1:

Enter the Lead ID or phone number in the search field at the top of the screen.
On the right side you will find Lead Statuses, select the Red Add to Block List Icon.
You should get a message at the bottom of the window that confirmed all the numbers on the lead were added to the Block List and the lead can no longer call in.
Option 2:
The FPG (Filter Phone Group) for the Block List is only accessible by Admins
Under TLDialer select FPG.
There are 2 options under FPG, select Block List and click the hashtag (#) to view the numbers currently on the list.
This will show you all numbers currently on the Block List. To add a number select the upload button for the top menu.
A new box will appear with options to add, remove, replace, or flush numbers. Select Add Numbers and for the Campaign, select [Block] Inbound Block List.
Once the numbers(s) have been entered, select Update Numbers to save changes.
Blocking Entire Area Codes:
An Entire Area Code can be blocked from calling in with the same method as above, however instead of adding specific numbers, you add the Area Code, and X’s where an actual phone number would be.
