TLDialer Troubleshooting

TLDialer Standard Greeting

 

Upon logging into TLDialer the User will first hear a double-pop followed by the standard greeting

If unsure the message played completely log out and back into TLDialer.

 

It is acceptable if part of the message doesn’t fully play.

 

 

In order to correctly identify and resolve your issue, please read through this section to identify where your issue is actually occurring.

Identified TLDialer Issues:

  • If you are getting an error that audio wasn't detected, then you have an audio issue, not a TLDialer issue.

  • If you hear the double-pop, but not the greeting, then you have a TLDialer issue.

  • If you hear the double-pop, and the greeting, but are experiencing some other phone related issue, such as calls not connecting, or dropping, then you have a TLDialer issue

Identified Audio Issues:

  • A red and pink notification in the bottom left corner that alerts you that “No Audio was Detected. Check your Headset and Microphone” mean you have an audio issue.

  • If you don't hear the double-pop, or greeting, or anything else, you have an audio issue.

  • If you hear the double-pop noise, and the greeting, but are experiencing an issue such as echoing or stuttering, or you can hear people on the phone, but they can't hear you, then you have an audio issue.
