How to Log In To TLDialer

An Agent must log into TLDialer in order to make and receive calls. This can be accomplished with the following steps.

  1. Select Start TLDialer from My Dashboard or by selecting TLDialer from the menu and selecting Start TLDialer

  1. On the top right of the screen select the toggle to Log In. If the Agent is assigned to multiple Campaigns they can select the appropriate Campaign from the dropdown.

    1. Note - An Agent can only be logged into 1 Campaign at a time. Each Campaign can have access to multiple Ingroups.

  1. After selecting the appropriate Campaign (if applicable) the Agent will enter a Pause Status. They should also hear the greeting “Welcome to TLDialer, unpause to get started.”

    1. If the Agent Does NOT hear this message it may be necessary to complete the Audio Troubleshoot steps. See Audio Troubleshooting for TLD for more information.

  2. Click on the Pause will move the user to the Closer or Ready state, allowing them to utilize the TLDialer

  1. To Log Out of TLDialer the Agent should select the toggle to the right of the Closer/Ready status. This will properly log the Agent out of the Dialer at the conclusion of their shift.

    1. Failure to properly log out can create “ghost” logins or impact reporting.
