Recordings

TLDialer will begin recording a call as soon as it’s connected to the User.  Call recordings will be attached to the lead for reference and all recordings are kept for 10 years.

Option 1: Located recordings on the Lead

  1. To locate a recording on a lead select the Recordings tab at the top of the Lead

  1. From Recording all available recordings will be available to review 

  1. If desired, the recordings can be downloaded in the following formats

 

 

 

 

  1. While recording occurs automatically Users have an opportunity to stop recordings, as needed. This feature is typically reserved for situations when banking information is collected to preserve client confidentiality. This can be adjusted based on the Campaigns’ Recording configuration.

 

Option 2: Recordings Report in TLDialer

  1. From TLDialer select Recordings

  1. This report will show all recordings available to view. This report can be filtered using several options.
