User Voicemail

Here's the steps to set for the agents to access their Voicemail.

 

  • Log out of the dialer but don't exit dialer mode (the top bar should be there).

  • Click the envelope at the bottom left with a tooltip "Connect to Voicemail" and follow the prompts given.

  • This will let the User access any messages. The User can also update extension's greeting.

  • Their mailbox and password are the User ID (found in the dropdown if they click their name at the top right).

  • If the agent's email is valid all voicemails will be sent there as well.
