How to Transfer Calls

  • To transfer, click the 🔄 TRANSFER button on the TLDialer bar

  • Click one of the three buttons to the left of the Agent or Group you are transferring too:

  • 🖐️ is Warm Transfer - places the customer on hold.

  • 🤝 is Live Transfer - starts 3 way call (transfer) with customer hearing everything.

  • 👁️ is Blind Transfer - sends call without validating it reaches the destination (NOT RECOMMENDED)

To "Transfer to External Number" first enter the 10 digit phone number.

HANGUP EVERYONE - Hang up CUSTOMER and TRANSFER CALL. Dispo afterwards to finish the call.

HANGUP TRANSFER - Hangs up TRANSFER CALL, CUSTOMER remains on line. Normal hang-up procedure.

LEAVE TRANSFER - Leave CUSTOMER with TRANSFER CALL, Greeting will play as you enter a new conference. Dispo after finishing the  call.

How to Warm Transfer Calls

  • To transfer, click the 🔄 TRANSFER button on the TLDialer bar

  • Select the type of call you wish to make:

  • 🖐️ is Warm Transfer - places the customer on hold. Once the new party joins the call connect all Parties

  • 🤝 is Live Transfer - starts a 3 way call with customer live on the line and can  hearing everything.

To "Transfer to External Number" first enter the 10 digit phone number.

HANGUP EVERYONE - Hang up CUSTOMER and TRANSFER CALL. Dispo afterwards to finish the call.

HANGUP TRANSFER - Hangs up TRANSFER CALL, CUSTOMER remains on line. Normal hang-up procedure.
