View PHI (Protected Health Information)
TLD understands that some clients use tools requiring Users to view sensitive data like Social Security Numbers (SSNs) associated with leads. However, HIPAA regulations strictly limit access to Protected Health Information (PHI).
To ensure compliance, we have implemented the following measures:
By default, all PHI is hidden from Users. Only individuals authorized by the Client/Owner can access it.
When PHI access is enabled, it becomes viewable only upon explicit user action. Each access attempt is logged for security purposes.
Enabling PHI Access for Specific Users:
Before activating PHI access, we require Client confirmation regarding which Users need it (e.g., Agents, Fronters, Closers, specific individuals).
For accounts with User Groups, we can add "View PHI" capability to the designated Group upon Client request or added individually via the User Edit options

Benefits:
HIPAA compliance: Mitigates risks associated with unauthorized PHI access.
Enhanced security: User actions are logged, providing an audit trail.
User-friendly access control: Clients determine User permissions on a granular level.
