Menu Order to Customize Field Views

The Menu Order feature empowers you to tailor the way data is presented in TLD, ensuring a logical and efficient workflow for agents. This functionality applies to:

  • Lead Statuses

  • Policy Statuses

  • Lead Fields

  • Policy Fields

  • Source Options for drop down Lead Field

  • etc.

To verify if Menu Order is currently in use for a particular section, simply locate the "MO" symbol on the right side of the page. The numbering will indicate if Menu Ordering is being used.

To configure Menu Order

  1. Access the relevant section that the Menu Order will be used.

  2. Assign numbers to options as desired:

    • Higher numbers = Higher placement in the list.

    • Example: 9 will appear above 8, which will appear above 7, and so on.

    • Negative numbers can be used to position options below those with positive numbers.

  3. To begin setting up menu order, open the desired fields and enter the number in the Order field. Continue this process until all menus are organized accordingly

By strategically utilizing Menu Order, you'll create a more intuitive and streamlined experience for agents, ultimately boosting productivity and accuracy within TLD.

Be aware that menu order works a little differently in many places within TLD. Trial-and-error may be necessary to configure correctly.
