Adding Screenshots to a Lead

It is possible to add an image or screenshot to an existing lead. This can be done via the documents upload feature on the lead.

 

  1. A Lead must first have an existing policy for the Documents section to be available. Scroll down to the bottom of the Policy and locate Documents.

  1. Paste the image into the “browse” section, select the type of document, if applicable, and upload the image.

    1. Best practice should include a document description for tracking purposes.

  1. Once uploaded, the image will be accessible directly from the Lead.
