Adding Favorites

Users have the ability to create Favorites for specific Leads they are working for. This must first be approved by the Account Owner or a Super Admin and activated under the Settings section of TLD.

  1. From Settings select Options

  1. From the Contact Tab locate the options listed Max Favorites. Enter the number of Favorites approved by the Super Admin or Account Owner. Click the Save Icon to save changes

  1. Favorites will be found on the Users TLDCRM screen under My Business -> My Favorites. 

  2. When this feature is active, Users just select the Star to the Left of the Customer’s Name to add to Favorites
