Fields Visibility
Entire System
This will hide the option throughout the system, both in forms and in filters and reports. Even Super Admins will not be able to see this field if this is set to Hidden.
System Forms and Agents
This will hide this option from all forms where an Agent could input data. Note that if a value was already set and is no longer available due to it being hidden, it will still show on records where it was selected until the Agent or Admin changes it once.
Upline Users
If you have a multi-account upline user monitoring your business that you want to hide specific fields such as Carriers or plans from, please select Visible. This only effects upline users.

Please Note: Hiding fields from the system, Agent or upline, will not effect the currently selected value if the option is now hidden. The currently selected value will be forced as the selected entry until it is changed at least once by an Agent or Admin, after which the field value will disappear unless re-enabled. This is to prevent data loss from someone working old records where an option is no longer available. Without this forced selection, the value would get overwritten with blank on the next save, or possibly an incorrect option, which is an effect we do not want in order to maintain data fidelity. It is also possible for system processes and synchronization tools to override these settings and insert or update records with currently hidden fields.
