Policy Status Filters
Lead Statuses can be made visible to specific Vendor Groups. This can be done via Lead Status Filters.Â
The TLD Support team can assist with Vendor Group creation.
From Settings select Policy Status.

Click the Filters tab to begin editing which Filters are enabled on this particular Status. As default, there are no restrictions on who can see this Policy Status.Â
There are several different filters that can be utilized for Policy Status Filters.
Vendor Filter - This limits the visibility to only leads from specific Vendors.
Vendor Group Filter - This limits the visibility to a specific Vendor Group.
