Hiding a Policy Status
Hiding a Policy Status doesn’t remove it from TLD, but does determine if the Agents can see and/or select that particular status. To update visibility double click the Policy Status and set Visibility to Hidden.Â
Recall that system policy statuses can be hidden via Settings -> Options -> Contact Form -> Hide Policy Status Buttons.
If you hide a status in either section (or both) it will hide that status and not show it.
This is useful for troubleshooting why a system policy status that is visible still does not show.
