Policy Status Trigger
Triggers and Actions can be helpful by completing tasks an Agent typically forgets to do on their own, such as hang-up, send a relay, etc. Triggers can be added to existing Lead Statuses or added while the Status is being created.
Under Settings select Policy Status

Double click to open the Policy Status that is being modified and click the Triggers tab to begin editing.
Depending on the intent there are several options for Triggers and Actions that can be added to the Lead Status by setting to Yes
Fostering a lead will assign or remove the lead for a User. This can be done for leads that currently don’t have an AOR or when an AOR change is necessary
Lead Tags will determine if Tags need to be assigned to the lead when this Policy Status is selected.
Policy Tags will determine if a Tag needs to be assigned to the policy when this Policy Status is selected.
Sending the customer a SMS update with a pre drafted message
Email is not currently used by TLD at this time.Â
Determines if a Relay needs to be Updated
The Policy Status screen will indicate if any of these Triggers or Actions are enabled
