Adding CSR Reasons/Results/Reschedule

When a User works on a Lead they often take notes of the conversation or actions for a record of what transpired on that Lead. The Users have an ability to classify these notes with specific reason codes. 

 

  1. Under Settings select Fields

  1. There are 3 different CSRs that can be created. 

    1. CSR Reasons

    2. CSR Reschedule 

    3. CSR Results

  1. Select Add Field from the top menu and select CSR Reasons

  1. Enter the Name in all lowercase letters and underscores for spaces (lowercase_underscore). The Description is the name as it would appear under CSR Reasons of the Leads Notes section 

     

CSR Results can also be customized for Button label, icon, color, or to hide the button completely.

 

  1. When a User enters notes they can now select the new CSR Reason/Result/Reschedule from the dropdown
