The Agent Availability (or Dialer Ready) URL was designed for vendors to check whether users are available for calls before transferring them. The Agent Availability Ping is always located in the posting instructions when a new Vendor source is created. It is possible to expand the Ping to check for more specific data. This can be done using the API Public Dialer Ready Generator
