Qualification Time and Cost per Call

On occasion Qualification Time and Cost per Call need to be added to the Vendor Source. Qualification Time is how long the call needs to be active, including hold and talk time, before the Inbound Price is accrued.

 

  1. If not already open, locate the Vendor Source and double click or select the Orange Icon with the Vendors ID

  1. Navigate to the Inbound tab of the Vendor Creation screen and enter the following data”

    1. Qualification Time - This is the time, in seconds, before the Inbound Price is applied. This is also known a the Buffer Time

    2. Inbound Price - the dollar amount that will be charged if this lead exceeds the Qualification Time

    3. Override Price on Inbound - must be set to Yes when adding values to ensure leads that already exist will update the Inbound Price

  1. Update Vendor Source to save changes
