Block Logs

The Block logs serve as a record of calls that have been intentionally prevented from reaching an Agent in TLD. These logs track details about each blocked call, offering insights into unwanted communication activity.

The Block Logs are located under TLDialer and Selecting Block Logs

Reasons

  • FPG: Filter Phone Group

  • FPA: Filter Phone Group with Area Code Blocking (Does NOT mean Area code blocking is happening, just that its possible by adding a number like 305XXXXXXX which will block out all 305 numbers

  • URL Blocks will be URL (unless it’s the TLDCRM URL, then the URL decides the reason)

    • Example

      • ADG - Lead blocked by the Advanced Dupe Guard

      • POL - Lead found with an existing Policy or a Policy within a specific amount of days

      • DUP - Dupe Lead found in account or a Dupe within a specific amount of days

      • BLA - Black List Alliance block

      •

  • DNC Blocks from DNC Internal List

  • DCM Blocks from using a Campaign DNC List.

  • FIL: Any other non specific filter.

Generally the “Cause” for these blocks will be FILTERED which tells you it came from internal.
