Whitelisting an IP in TLDialer

If a User tries to access TLDCRM they may receive an error stating "Agent IP Restricted: User may not login from 127.0.0.1". Their IP which will appear as a different number, will need to be added to the IP Whitelist before the agent can login.

Different Whitelist Options

  1. IP Allowed - allow that specific IP address complete access to the CRM as well as the TLDialer

  2. TLDialer IP Allowed - only allow that IP address to access the Dialer but not the CRM

  3. IP Unrestricted User- IP Unrestricted User means there are no checks on the IP location. The User can log in from anywhere without restriction and it will automatically add their IP to the TLDialer whitelist with a temporary allow of 24 hours.
