Pause Codes
Pause codes are statues for the Agents, such as Lunch or Break.
Under TLDialer choose Campaigns
Select the Orange Edit button to the right of the Campaign ID
Choose the Pause Codes Tab on the top and enter the appropriate codes
Utilize the following for proper formatting.
Code = All CapsÂ
Name = Name of Pause Code
Action = select Add
Set agent Pause Codes to Active and Select Edit Campaign at the bottom of the screen.
While logged into TLDialer, Users will be able to access Pause Codes at the top right of the dialer screen.Â
Clients can track User status through Live Agents
