User Role Access and Abilities

Granting access to the TLDCRM is controlled by User Roles. Each role grants greater access to different sections and access should be monitored and regulated.

  • Owners: Owner is not a role within TLD. Only Owners can request any changes up to the Super Admin role. Owners have complete discretion on how account systems are utilized and grants permissions to staff to make necessary changes, updates, or modifications. Any major account changes require owner approval

  • Super Admin: The highest role available to a client within the TLDCRM with the exception of the billing information. Super Admins have access to most account controls via the Options settings of the CRM. These individuals have been granted access by the Owner to conduct day to day activities, access necessary reports and information, and conduct business in accordance to the Owners objectives. Super Admins can grant role assignment changes up to the Admin level and do not have the power of assigning additional Super Admins to the account.

  • Admin: With similar access to a Super Admin, Admins have the ability to update and modify certain aspects of the TLDCRM. Access to API, Policy changes, Ingress, Egress, and information exports is restricted and requires additional ability access granted by the Super Admin or Owner. Admins can grant role assignment changes up to the Manager level and do not have the power of assigning additional Admins to the account

  • Manager:  Managers are tasked with overseeing the daily activities of the Agents logged into the system. Managers can view reports regarding Leads and Policies as well as update, modify, and submit Policies on behalf of the Users. Additional user updates such as changes to state licensing, update user passwords, and terminate and monitor TLDialer sessions. Managers can grant role assignment changes up to the Agent level and do not have the power of assigning additional Managers to the account

  • Agents: Cannot request any changes and all ability permissions and access is strictly controlled by all other roles.
