Adding and Removing Ingroups

Individual Users: 

 

  1. From Users select Manage All.

  2. Double click or select the Orange Edit Icon to open the Users settings.

  1. Select the Ingroup tab at the top. Under Ingroups Allowed find the Ingroups that need to be added or removed.

  1. Once the Ingroups have been added, select Update User.

  2. In order to ensure the Ingroup changes take effect Live Agent Ingroups need to be Refreshed.

  3. Check the box next to the user and select Mass Edit.

  1. Under the TLDialer Tab locate Refresh Live Agent Ingroups and set to Yes.

  1. Update User to save Changes..

 

Mass Edit:

  1. From Users select Manage All

  2. Search for and select the Users that the Ingroups need to be added to. Select the Mass Edit Icon at the top of the screen

  1. Select the Ingroups Tab. Ingroups can be cloned from another User in the Copy All Ingroups from User or manually selecting them from the Add to Ingroups section. 

  1. To remove ingroups, locate the remove section of the Ingroups. You can opt to remove the selected Users from All Ingroups by setting Remove from All Ingroups to Yes or by individually selecting the Ingroups to remove.

  1. Next Select the TLDialer tab at the top and locate Refresh Live Agents Ingroups and set to Yes

  1. Update User to save Changes.
