Add/Remove State Licenses
In order for an User to receive calls via https://esotech.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/INTDOC/pages/33128756 they must first be added to the State Route Ingroups.
For easy assignment of State Route Ingroups, a User must have a license configured for their intended state. Adding State Licenses allows TLD to use certain features to restrict sales in non-licensed states and reflects the choices available in the State Route Modal (Icon with American Flag).
From the Users menu select Manage all.
Double click the User or select the Orange edit Icon to open user settings.
Select Licenses from the tab at the top to begin adding states.
To add states, begin checking them off under Mass Add Licenses (or fill out the information on the left with specifics for the individual state licenses if you have them).
Whether you are adding licenses individually or via mass edit, you must select a License Type from the Type menu before you add the license(s). Health is the default choice.
When finished proceed by clicking Update User.
After adding the Licenses you need to update the Ingroups.
Next to the Users ID select the American Flag Icon
All the state Licenses recently added will appear here as state choices.
If there are multiple routes for state routed calls, all of them will appear as choices (including directions Inbound/Outbound if applicable).
Check the Inbound and Outbound (or however it is set up) for the appropriate routes to mass select all the states.
Once completed the State Route Ingroups will be added to this User.
It’s important to note that if you cloned this user you are changing recently, they may still have state route ingroups assigned to them from the originating user during the user clone.
Once the State Routes are all added it’s best practice to refresh Live Agent Ingroups. This can be done by selecting the check to the left of the user and selecting Mass Edit
From the TLDialer tab set Refresh Live Agents to YES. Once saved the Users ingroups will be updated and refreshed.
To confirm State Routes are set up properly:
Open the user's account and select the Ingroups tab.
Under Ingroup Configurations verify that all the SRI_XX ingroups are present for the State Licenses recently added
Also, check the Campaign(s) the Users will be logging into to confirm the intended state route ingroups are present in “Allowed Inbound Groups” for each Campaign.
