Triggered Text Reply - Lead Status

Triggers and Actions can be helpful by completing tasks an Agent typically forgets to do on their own, such as hang-up, send a relay, etc. Text Triggers are configured by Lead Status and are not directly part of the TLMessenger system.

 

  1. From Settings select Lead Status.

  1. Using the Search feature, locate the Lead Status that the Trigger will be added to or modified on. Double click to open.

  1. Under the Lead Status Settings select the Triggers tab and locate SMS on Update.

  1. Once enabled a SMS message will be sent to the customer as soon as the Lead Status is selected. Auto fill fields can be utilized to ensure the SMS is updated with relevant information.

  1. When a SMS Trigger is enabled on a Lead Status the chat icon on the Status bar will be green.

 

**IMPORTANT** When updating Canned Messages be sure to check for Triggered messages as well.
