MFA Log-in Process

MFA, or multifactor authentication, is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to TLD. In order to complete a MFA login a valid email address must be connected to the User Profile.

1. Upon entering in the User Name and Password the MFA process will begin.

2. The MFA will send a code to the email on file with the 6 digit login verification

3. The email will come from TLDCRM MFA System. For the initial login, be sure to check SPAM if the message is not received.

4. Enter the code provided in the email in the MFA verification screen to complete login.
