Saving Report Updates for Future Use
Many of the reports have filters that can help clients narrow down specifics. Such examples are the Call Logs and the CPA reports.Â
Â
When filters are used to generate a report with specific details the results are only visible to the person creating the report.Â
Copying the link and sending it to the client will not keep your filters or added columns.
Instead save the filter results so that the client will be able to pull up the same report and view the specifics you discussed.Â
Saving the filter allows you to have a reusable report that can be accessed and/or modified by the client moving forward. When saving the filters you are given many options to full out.Â
Tabs and Fields Defined:
General
Name - The name that will appear in the dropdown.
Description - What info is contained in this report. Â
Icon - Select and icon that will appear in front of the name
Set as Menu Item - Allows the filter to be saved to a specific section within TLD
Users - Will allow only specific TLD User to have access to the report.Â
Leave as Process, System unless the report should only be visible to a specific user.
Filter Locked - If locked no other user can make any edits to the filtered report. A new save would be necessary to proceed.Â
Permissions
Allows for a creation of rules that can limit the Roles, Abilities, Users, and User Groups that are allowed to see/access the filter
Reports Tab
Allows you to set up an email schedule that can send the data from the generated report to a specific person/entity at a specific time daily.Â
It is possible to include PHI and PCI data (once sent outside TLD, there are no safeguards to protect the data)
If the report data is large, check Send All Results to ensure all data is included.Â
Chained Reports - allows for multiple reports to be sent simultaneously with the original send request.Â
Sending usable links to client - while filter is enabled hold Ctrl and select the Load Filters Icon, which will copy the filter to your clipboard to easily share with client (Currently this does not work on Mac)
