New Users can be added by cloning an existing User.

Adding a new User - Cloning

  1. Start by going to the Users Menu and selecting Manage All

  2. Search for the User that will be cloned

  3. On the User you want to clone, select the Clone Icon 

  1. This will bring you to the Clone User Menu. Enter the following information:

    1. Enter the new User’s First and Last Name as well as an Email Address. Once populated the system will auto populate the Username and Password. By clicking the word password the password will be updated and automatically saved to your clipboard

  1. Save by selecting Clone User on the bottom right.
