TLD Users Groups 

Users Groups are an organizational tool that can be utilized to keep user abilities and agency requirements in sync across the system. Since this is only for organization, it will not transfer over the TLDialer User Groups.  Additionally, Users Groups can help when filtering Users or reporting. 

An example of a Users Group would be Agents, Fronters, or Customer Service. Once the groups are created agents can be added and any changes to the Users Group will update immediately and for all Agents. 

Add Users Groups

  1. From the Users menu select Groups

  1. Select the Green + Icon to begin setup

  2. Name the Users Group and add a description

    1. Example: Name - Agents; Description IB Agents

    2. Example: Name - CS Phl; Description - CS Agent Philippines 

  3. Under User Abilities, check off all relevant abilities this User Group will need access to

    1. My Leads, Submit Only, Verify Only, TLDialer - View My Recordings, etc.
