Policy Status Validation requires that specific fields are filled out on the lead before the Agent can disposition the call. 

  1. Under Settings select Policy Status

  1. Locate the Policy Status the Trigger will be added to and double click to open and select the Validation tab

  1. The validation can be set on any system field as well as any custom fields the client has created. These are completely customizable based on the Clients requirements and there are several options available.

  1. Save Field to Update Changes
