There are occasions when a Client will only want Lead Statuses visible to specific TLD User Groups. This can be done via Lead Status Permissions. 

  1. From Settings select Lead Status

  1. Click the Permissions tab to begin editing which Users can see this particular Status. As default, the Status is visible by all Users. 

  1. There are three different filters that can be utilized for Lead Status Permissions 

    1. Role Filter - this will only allow Users with that specific role to see the Lead Status

    2. Ability Filter - the Lead Status will only be available to Users with specific Abilities within TLDialer

    3. User Group Filter -  the Status will only be available to Users within a specific TLD User Group. Users can be part of multiple TLD User Groups but only the specified User Group will see the Status. 

  2. Once updated, the changes will take effect immediately
