Before starting you will need 3 key bits of information from the client

  1. Will the client need a local number or Toll-Free for this user

    1. You can see what other Users have currently to help determine the likely answer

  2. Will the User need access to SMS/MMS

  3. Which User will be used for cloning? If no specific User is needed, you can clone any User

    1. Cloning ensures the new User has access to the correct Abilities, User Groups, and Ingroups

Adding a new User - Cloning

  1. Start by going to the Users Menu and selecting Manage All

  2. Search for the User that will be cloned (or select any User if one was not provided or needed)

  3. On the User you want to clone, select the Clone Icon 

  1. This will bring you to the Clone User Menu. Enter the following information:

    1. Enter the new user’s First and Last Name as well as an Email Address. Once populated the system will auto populate the Username and Password. By clicking it, this data will be automatically saved to your clipboard

  1. Save by selecting Clone User on the bottom right
