Note

When adding a Lead Status Disposition always check to make sure the Lead Status doesn't already exist, is hidden, or is a System status. There might also be Lead Statuses that aren’t an exact match but will meet the needs.

Step One: Creating a TLDialer Status

  1. The following fields will need to be filled out to ensure the TLDialer Status is configured correctly.

  1. ID -  abbreviated Name of Status Created (Max 6 characters)

  2. Name -  the name of the Lead Status recently created

  3. Human Answered  - did a person answer the phone

  4. Answering Machine -  did the call go to voicemail

  5. Status Flags are additional flags that can be used to classify the Lead Status

    1. Sale - was a sale made 

    2. Completed - utilized for sale statuses and mark a lead so it’s not contacted again

    3. Customer Contact - was a customer contacted

    4. Schedule Callback - did the User schedule a callback to the customer

    5. Not Interested - the customer is not interested in the product

    6. Unworkable - issues with the Lead make it unworkable

    7. DNC - The lead will be added to the DNC (hard to reverse engineer or troubleshoot.)

Why is this important?  

Warning

Accurate lead categorization is crucial for generating meaningful reports and optimizing future campaigns. Using "OTHER" as a catch-all category hinders our ability to do this effectively.

The Dialer status is what determines what Leads can be added back into the Hopper and Other is typically not a dialable status.
