The following fields will need to be filled out to ensure the TLDialer Status is configured correctly.

ID - abbreviated Name of Status Created (Max 6 characters)
Name - the name of the Lead Status recently created
Human Answered - did a person answer the phone
Answering Machine - did the call go to voicemail
Status Flags are additional flags that can be used to classify the Lead Status
Sale - was a sale made
Completed - utilized for sale statuses and mark a lead so it’s not contacted again
Customer Contact - was a customer contacted
Schedule Callback - did the User schedule a callback to the customer
Not Interested - the customer is not interested in the product
Unworkable - issues with the Lead make it unworkable
DNC - The lead will be added to the DNC (hard to reverse engineer or troubleshoot.)

Accurate lead categorization is crucial for generating meaningful reports and optimizing future campaigns. Using "OTHER" as a catch-all category hinders our ability to do this effectively. The Dialer status is what determines what Leads can be added back into the Hopper and Other is typically not a dialable status. |
