Double opt-in is a two-step process for subscribing to receive system generated messages from the clients when using TLMessenger. System generated messages are often sent using triggers on Lead Status updates and/or Policy Status updates. This Double Opt-In does not impact conversational messages sent by the User to the Customer through the leads TLMessenger feature.

If enabled, the system will NOT send automated text messages from any source other than the TLMessenger Chat Window. Please Note: If a client customer has Opted Out using the default Opt Out keywords, the Opt-in will be ignored in favor of the Opt-out List and no text messages will be sent to that number.
