New Users can be added by cloning an existing User.

Note

Before creating new users:

  • Always verify the current number of available seats and assigned seats (TLDialer count).

  • Important: The total number of "In Use" seats and "TLDialer" seats should never be more than the available seats.

Adding Seats:

  1. Identify the required number of seats.

  2. If additional seats are needed, locate the "Add/Remove Seats" section (indicated by a black couch icon).

  3. Manually increase the "In Use" seat count to match the required number of new users.

Adding a new User - Cloning

  1. Start by going to the Users Menu and selecting Manage All

  2. Search for the User that will be cloned (or select any User if one was not provided or needed)

  3. On the User you want to clone, select the Clone Icon

  1. This will bring you to the Clone User Menu. Enter the following information:

    1. Enter the new user’s User’s First and Last Name as well as an Email Address. Once populated the system will auto populate the Username and Password. By clicking it, this data the word password the password will be updated and automatically saved to your clipboard

  1. Save by selecting Clone User on the bottom right.
