New Users can be added by cloning an existing User.

Before creating new users: Always verify the current number of available seats and assigned seats (TLDialer count). Important: The total number of "In Use" seats and "TLDialer" seats should never be more than the available seats.
Adding Seats:  Image Added Identify the required number of seats. If additional seats are needed, locate the "Add/Remove Seats" section (indicated by a black couch icon). Manually increase the "In Use" seat count to match the required number of new users.
