By default the TLDCRM comes configured with a multitude of data collection points that can be utilized by our clients. In some cases, Client’s will opt for account settings. Additionally it is possible to hide specific System Fields that are not relevant to their business model.

  1. On the Contact Form tab on the Right side is a series of options on items that can be hidden within the TLDCRM

    1. Hide Lead Status Buttons - Hides default lead status buttons.

      1. This can conflict with the visibility settings under Settings - Fields. 

      2. Check both places to ensure both are visible if the client this needs to be update.

    2. Hide Policy Status Buttons - Hides default policy status buttons on the dialer.

      1. This can conflict with the visibility settings under Settings - Fields.

    3. Hide Lead Sections - Hides sections on the dialer contact form.

    4. Hide Lead Fields - Hides lead fields on the dialer contact forms.

    5. Hide Dependent Sections - Hides sections the on the dialer dependent forms

    6. Hide Dependent Fields - Hides dependent fields on the dialer dependent forms.

    7. Hide Policy Sections - Hides sections on the dialer policy forms.

    8. Hide Policy Fields - Hides policy fields on the dialer policy forms.

    9. Hide Customer Summary Fields - Hides customer summary fields on the dialer policy forms.

    10. Hide Agent Label per Status - Hides Agent Label on Certain Statuses

    11. No Sell States - Will Notify an Agent if the current lead is a No Sell State

    12. No Transfer States - Will Notify an Agent if the current lead is a No Transfer State

  2. After selections are made the Save Icon must be selected since changes are only saved per section
