Adding number(s) to the DNC

There are two ways to add a number to the DNC

Option 1:

1. Enter the Lead ID or phone number in the search field at the top of the screen.

2. On the right side you will find Lead Statuses, select the Red No Not Contact Icon.

3. You should get a message at the bottom of the window that confirmed the number was added to the DNC and the lead is now marked Do Not Contact.

Option 2:

1. If the number has not been contacted but the client still wants it added to the DNC you can manually add it under TLDialer and select DNC.

2. This will show you all numbers currently on the DNC. To add a number select the upload button for the top menu.

3. A new box will appear with options to add, remove, replace, or flush numbers. Select Add Numbers.

4. For campaign, choose System DNC and in the dialog box below enter the number(s) requested to be added to the DNC.

5. Once the numbers have been entered, select Update Numbers to save changes.
