Hopper Query
The Hopper Query determines how Leads are called in a Campaign and any restrictions that may be in place
First In First Out(FIFO) vs First in Last out(FILO).
How the Hopper is loaded. Clients may opt for a First in last out method meaning the newest goes before existing Leads
Lead ID ascending up(FILO) or down (FIFO). (Ignores secondary order)
Ascending ensure you dial oldest Leads before any newer Leads are called
If older Leads are resetting before getting through the list then there are too many Leads and the Client should consider turning off lists
Least to Most Recently Called (Down Last Call) or Most to Least Recently Called (Up Last Call - Uses the call count field (how many times Leads have been called).Â
LTM - If call count is 0 will always be called first. Default behavior at this time
MTL- Will call the Leads with the greatest number of calls first
Secondary order - Adds a secondary sort on the Lead list based on the Lead Order Settings (in place by putting them in the Hopper and move them around)
Oldest to Newest Lead - will dial the older Leads regardlessÂ
Newest to Oldest Lead - will dial the newest Leads first (Client ideal)
Least/Most recently Called checks the call times on the Leads report but most of the time the value is Blank.Â
Vicidial does not handle blank fields and will completely ignore them if a value doesn’t exist
Should not be considered an options
Entry date vs entry days. - This allows clients to dictate a specific timeframe for Leads they want to call.Â
Entry Date - a static date that will never change and need to be constantly updated.
Entry Days - a rolling set of days so that each day the list updates accordingly.
Maximum into the past - how far into the past you will go and no further
Minimum into the past - only pulls info older than the day/date set
Lead ID min/max - a way of setting the system to only call Leads before/after a specific date and time
Vendor (A-Z) (Z-A) - stands for vendor Lead code and a-z stands for ascending z-a dissenting which the TLD Lead ID
