Pause codes are statues for the Agents, such as Lunch or Break.

To set up Pause Codes, the following information should be collected:

  • Which Campaigns will these pause codes be added too? (Sales, Outbound, Customer Service, etc) Campaigns may vary by client.,

  • What Pause Codes the client would like added.

  1. Under TLDialer choose Campaigns

  1. Select the Orange Edit button to the right of the Campaign ID

  1. Choose the Pause Codes Tab on the top and enter the appropriate codes

  1. Utilize the following for proper formatting.

    1. Code = All Caps 

    2. Name = Name of Pause Code

    3. Action = select Add

  1. Set agent Pause Codes to Active and Select Edit Campaign at the bottom of the screen.

  1. While logged into TLDialer, Users will be able to access Pause Codes at the top right of the dialer screen. 

  1. Clients can track User status through Live Agents
