There are occasions when a Client will only want Policy Statuses can be made visible to specific TLD User Groups. This can be done via Lead Status Permissions.
From Settings select Policy Status
Double click to open the Policy Status that is being modified and click the Permissions tab to begin editing which Users can see this particular Status. As default, the Status is visible by all Users.
There are a couple different filters that can be utilized for Policy Status Permissions
Level, Role & Ability Filter - This will allow for only specific roles and departments to see the Policy Status. The second box is the abilities that the User must posses to see the Policy Status
User Group Filter - the Status will only be available to Users that have all selected TLD User Groups. Users can be part of multiple TLD User Groups but only users with ALL the specified User Group will see the Status
